Affiliate Program
WELCOME TO TONITURNER.COM AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. If you would like to promote our products and services, we are happy to pay you a percentage of the sales price, minus tax, shipping, handling, and returns. (Details stated later in this agreement.)
However, we have very strict rules concerning how affiliates market our products. They are as follows:
- Affiliates may not send bulk email or “spam” to promote our services or products. Affiliates may not rent “opt in” lists to market our products or services.
- If affiliates promote our product in any way with messages appearing to be “spam,” they will be terminated from our program immediately.
- We are aware that those with fraudulent intentions join affiliate programs and place orders with stolen credit card numbers in an attempt to earn affiliate fees. That does not work here. We employ strict fraud protection procedures at all times.
- Affiliates agree to distribute ONLY SEC or FTC-compliant promotional materials containing the ToniTurner.com name.
- Affiliates may not promote ToniTurner.com at competing company events.
- By registering for the ToniTurner.com Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
WELCOME NEW AFFILIATES . . .
- After you agree to our terms and conditions and sign up for the ToniTurner.com Affiliate Program, you will be able to access your Affiliate account whenever you wish, by using your assigned password.
- Affiliates who generate sales of ToniTurner.com’s products and services receive a agreed upon commission of total sales revenue generated, minus tax, shipping, handling, and returns.
- Commissions are paid quarterly. They are mailed the first week of the month following the end of the quarter.
